In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

About the role

As a Field Sales Representative, this role prepares you for future sales career growth. You will receive foundational education and experience, and be trained in all Asurion products to deliver interactive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire interaction, always prioritizing the customer first.
• Utilize expertise to address and resolve customers' tech issues, providing an understandable solution.
• Ensure customers leave with a resolution that works and a product addressing their future tech needs.
• Leverage Asurion's growing range of products to offer tailored solutions to customers.
• Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products uniquely to meet those needs.
• Leverage strong negotiation and communications skills to make smooth pivots and secure sales.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience.
• A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Work a varied 5-day week schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
• Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction.

Pay

Pay Rate: $22.05 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

Schedule

Part-Time Schedule: 5 evenings/week – Hours: 4:05pm to 9:00pm
