In-Home Sales Representatives

The Carpet Guys is seeking Independent Contractors for a performance-based sales position in the Metro Detroit area. Each Design Consultant/Sales Representative must carry their own liability and worker's compensation insurance.

About the role

• Unlimited earning potential with a first-year income range of $60,000 to $75,000 plus bonuses
• Independent contractor position with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and one-time closings
• Attend 1-2 meetings per week
• Provide attentive, positive communication to ensure a great customer experience
• Work independently while meeting agreed-upon goals
• Maintain a polished, professional demeanor with charisma, energy, and confidence

Requirements

• Proven track record in commission sales, particularly in-home sales
• Self-starter with high integrity and willingness to accept training and coaching
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sharing personal success stories
• Must carry own liability and worker’s compensation insurance

Pay

$60,000 to $75,000 plus bonuses in the first year.
