As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them design the perfect bath remodeling solution for their needs. This is a rewarding outside sales opportunity where you'll utilize industry-leading technology and proven sales systems to guide customers through the remodeling process from consultation to close. Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads in their homes
• Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using intuitive software
• Build rapport and uncover customer needs
• Present pricing and financing options
• Consistently close sales and achieve performance goals
• Attend weekly sales training and professional development sessions
• Represent New Bath Today with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home remodeling, home improvement, or construction sales experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally throughout the San Antonio area
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and sales software
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a winning team culture
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000+ annually (commission only, uncapped)
