In-Home Sales Representative

Job Summary

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, paid training salary of $5,000, unlimited earning potential, pre-set qualified appointments, award-winning sales training, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs/wants and utilize UWD's proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in-person and virtual training sessions
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers
• Previous experience in sales, commission-based sales, lead generation, home improvement industry, teaching/public speaking, bartending/waitressing, or other customer service-focused positions is seen favorably
• A flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to business needs

Qualifications

• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results
• The ability to lift 40 lbs (sample windows)
