Ram Jack Foundation Solutions is seeking an energetic and customer-focused In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners address foundation and waterproofing concerns. This is a full-time W-2 opportunity featuring strong commission earnings, company-generated leads, and the ability to build additional referral-based business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
  • Perform foundation evaluations and prepare proposals using company software and tools
  • Follow established sales procedures, pricing guidelines, and closing strategies
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
  • Secure deposits and coordinate with operations and production teams
  • Generate additional opportunities through networking and relationship-building efforts
  • Represent the Ram Jack brand professionally at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction sales, home services sales, or in-home sales
  • Foundation repair or waterproofing sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using mobile applications and sales technology
  • Able to manage a flexible schedule and travel to appointments
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
