About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven professionals for a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role in our Pittsburgh, PA branch. Pittsburgh is on pace to become a $40M branch this year. We’re looking for closers to join a supportive, team-first environment with elite training and mentorship, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations

What you’ll get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
