Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess their needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions.
- Design personalized bath layouts using company software.
- Present product options, explain financing solutions, and provide accurate pricing.
- Close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners through professionalism and outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company sales processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
- Home improvement, remodeling, construction, or related sales experience is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads and digital sales tools.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Grand Rapids area.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
