Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess their needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions.
  • Design personalized bath layouts using company software.
  • Present product options, explain financing solutions, and provide accurate pricing.
  • Close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners through professionalism and outstanding service.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Home improvement, remodeling, construction, or related sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, including iPads and digital sales tools.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Grand Rapids area.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
