What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners—no cold calling or self-generated leads
- Conduct professional in-home design consultations using our proven sales process
- Build trust, identify customer needs, and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions
- Present pricing, overcome objections, and close the sale during the initial appointment
- Utilize an iPad and company sales tools to create an exceptional customer experience
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Proven one-call close experience is strongly preferred
- In-home sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, windows, roofing, HVAC, or similar industries
- Consistent track record of closing high-ticket sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and driven by performance
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
