About the role

We are looking for a motivated In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them design the bathroom solution that best fits their needs. No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or self-generated leads. Our company provides qualified appointments so you can focus on selling and closing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad
• Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software
• Present pricing and product options
• Close sales and meet performance goals
• Build strong relationships with homeowners
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
• Follow our proven sales process and best practices

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional presentation style
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-disciplined
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training

Pay

$100,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential (commission-based W-2 position)
