IN-HOME SALES CONSULTANT

About the role

We are a local, family-owned home improvement company expanding into a new location and territory. We are looking to hire 6 in-home sales consultants to join our team long-term.

Responsibilities

• Grow our existing customer base through high-quality, pre-set appointments
• Utilize 5 newly launched lead sources and participate in 50 local community events each year
• Work closely with our team to provide a proven product backed by integrity
• Participate in training, mentorship, and support programs to enhance skills and advance within the company
• Build and maintain professional relationships with homeowners while maintaining a strong, ethical closing rate

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales and closing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Passion for home improvement and a commitment to quality work
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

$150K+ annually for top performers
