Lead Flow & Schedule
- Approximately 2 pre-set appointments per day Monday through Friday
- Approximately 1 appointment every other Saturday
- Typical consultations last 90 to 180 minutes
- One-call-close sales process preferred
- Some evening and weekend appointments required
- Independent field-based work
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
- Assess customer needs and present customized bath remodeling solutions
- Build trust through a consultative sales approach
- Present pricing, product options, and design recommendations
- Close sales during in-home appointments
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and sales activity
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven success in in-home sales, outside sales, or high-ticket sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Consultative selling approach focused on building trust and value
- Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to manage appointments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Performance Expectations
- Average project size: approximately $19,000
- Target close rate: 20% or higher
- Goal-oriented, performance-driven environment
- Significant earning potential for consultants who consistently execute the sales process
Territory
- Consultants work within their local market area
- Most appointments are scheduled within approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes of their home
