In-Home Sales Consultant

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Conduct professional sales consultations and assess customer needs
• Present bath remodeling solutions using company tools (iPad, design software, etc.)
• Build custom quotes and project proposals
• Close sales during the appointment when appropriate
• Provide a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or consultative selling preferred
• Background in home improvement (bath, kitchen, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, etc.) is a plus
• Strong closing ability and confident communication skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation required
