Join our Detroit, MI branch as a full-time W-2 sales professional in a brand-new market launching in 2025. Home Genius Exteriors has grown from $2.7M in sales in our first year to over $292M in six years, and Detroit is pacing $1M+ in net sales per month. This role is designed for driven professionals ready to grow into leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year
• 70% advance paid up front
• No cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
