About the role

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Community In-Home RN to work at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an incentivized on-call rotation every 6 to 8 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate homecare services for program participants under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurses License in the respective state is required.
• Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or community-based setting; home health experience preferred.

Skills

• Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
• Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting; home health experience preferred.
