In-Home Residential HVAC Sales

Wm. Henderson of Broomall, PA is seeking a top‑performing Residential Sales Representative. This role is ideal for sales professionals with at least five years of in‑home sales experience. The successful candidate will be a well‑organized self‑starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and computer literacy. Leads are pre‑scheduled by sales assistants; no cold calling is required. HVAC knowledge is not required – comprehensive sales and product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home‑comfort needs.
• Consult with potential and existing customers to design customized HVAC system solutions, including our exclusive maintenance program.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction, from proposal creation to final sale.
• Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to confirm all sales agreements have been fulfilled.
• Follow up on existing sales bids and leads, offering additional information to convert them into sales.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms; prepare sales orders for jobs sold.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in various sales activities supporting corporate efforts, such as trade shows and referral groups.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of in‑home sales experience.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug, background, and motor‑vehicle checks.
• Proficient computer skills.

Schedule

• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
