In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We’re seeking dedicated and highly independent Registered Behavior Technicians who thrive in autonomous environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional in-home ABA therapy. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and confident managing their time and responsibilities while traveling between clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress and support families.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregivers and supervisors.

Pay

$17.50 - $20.50 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time afternoon shifts. Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
