About the role

We're actively seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and contribute expertise to support clients in achieving their unique goals through one-on-one ABA services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
  • Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • RBT certification is required before working.
  • Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to make a 6-month commitment.

Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations. All positions start off part-time.
