Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Multi-state licenses preferred
- Able to cover specified primary locations
Pay and Benefits
- Hourly base rate, plus additional incentive structure
- Malpractice insurance coverage (during Signify Health-related activities)
