What You'll Do
- Engage with people in the comfort of their own homes
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products

- Environments may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in these environments
