In-Home Physician Part Time
About the role
Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part-Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. You’ll engage with individuals in the comfort of their homes, helping bridge gaps in care by building trusted relationships and delivering flexible, comprehensive, and personalized health evaluations.
The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person’s health plan, additional diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). You’ll use an iPad with an intuitive clinical workflow and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens.
As an in-home health clinician, your primary workplace will be the private residences of our members. These environments may vary and could include household pets, secondhand smoke, or other potential airborne allergens or irritants. Candidates must be comfortable and safe performing duties in diverse home settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and diagnostic tests as needed.
- Build trusted relationships with members to improve health outcomes and connect them with appropriate care.
- Travel locally and within licensed states to perform in-home visits.
- Conduct virtual visits as needed.
- Provide Signify Health services, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (e.g., spirometry, diabetic eye exams, bone density screening).
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in the coverage area(s).
- Multi-state licenses preferred.
- MD or DO degree required.

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $83.69 - $180.25 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, and geography.
Schedule
- Part-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 29.5.
