In-Home Physician Full Time - Centralia

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes
• Engage with patients to build trust and address health concerns
• Review medical history and medications during visits
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
• Travel locally and within licensed states for patient visits
• Conduct virtual visits when necessary
• Collaborate with the health care team to connect patients to necessary services

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage areas
• Preferred multi-state licenses for flexibility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in conducting health evaluations
• Comfortable working in diverse home environments
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
