In-Home Patient Care Assistant

Perfect Fit Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. Openings for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and surrounding communities.

Pay

$15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping clients with walking, transfers, and repositioning as needed
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's physical or mental condition
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
• Documenting care provided and communicating with the office when concerns arise

Requirements

• CNA certification is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable attendance and a strong work eth work ethic
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must pass a criminal background check
