Responsibilities

• Talk to homeowners about their kitchen frustrations and provide custom pull-out drawer, cabinet refacing, and lighting solutions
• Teach the sales process, product knowledge, and tools
• Bring personality, work ethic, and a love for great design
• Build relationships with homeowners to help them fall in love with their kitchens
• Work from home with company-provided leads and career advancement opportunities

Requirements

• People skills and a genuine interest in helping homeowners
• Self-motivation and the drive to build something for yourself
• Some customer-facing experience and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• No prior closing experience required
• Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial
• Interest in design, kitchen/home decor, or DIY projects
