In Home Nursing LPN - Trach Adult (Saturdays)

Job Description

Aveanna is committed to compassionate care provided right in the comfort of home. This position involves executing a physician’s plan of care, administering medications, coordinating care, and educating family members.

Responsibilities

• Execution of physician’s prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care in system of record.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Patient assessments and coordination of care.
• Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members.

Requirements for Success

• Must have an eligible good-standing license (LPN) for the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be comfortable providing in-home nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults.
• Pediatrics experience is helpful, but not necessary. We offer exceptional training for all nurses.

Pay and Schedule

The pay rate for this position is $36.00 per hour.
