What You'll Do
- Connect one-on-one with people in their homes
- Answer health questions
- Conduct medication and medical history reviews
- Perform physical evaluations
- (If ordered by health plan) Conduct additional diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.
- Use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation
- Not required to prescribe medicine, order labs, or alter treatment regimens

- Primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members
- May encounter household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential allergens or irritants
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform duties in these environments

Qualifications
Required:
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
Preferred:
- Experience conducting in-home evaluations
- Experience working with various health plans
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $41.85 - $90.13 per hour or $85,746 - $190,260 annually.
