What You'll Do
- Engage one-on-one with people in their homes
- Answer health questions
- Conduct medication and medical history reviews
- Perform physical evaluations
- (If ordered by health plan) Conduct additional diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.
- Use an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow
- Not required to prescribe medicine, order labs, or alter current treatment regimens
