About the role

HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN) is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our caregiving team. As a caregiver, you'll provide high-quality, non-medical support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or activities
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Support with bathing, hygiene, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Ensure home safety and fall prevention
• Offer respite care for family caregivers

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have auto insurance
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally
