Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
- Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
- Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
- Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
- Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Pay & schedule
- Compensation: $50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities
- Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred
