Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
• Must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience with the senior population
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative support tasks in the agency office
• Assist in conducting caregiver orientations and field training
• Be available to cover last-minute shift callouts or fill gaps in high-need clients
• Execute client care plans and document daily activities

Requirements

• Schedule: Consistent daily shifts, normal business hours
• Experience: Three years of formal caregiving experience in senior care

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
• Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers

• Able to physically and mentally drive a vehicle

Compensation

• Pay: Starting at $17/hr
