About the role
We are looking for tutors with a strong background in standardized test prep for the ISEE (Lower, Middle, and Upper Levels), SAT, and ACT. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years prior teaching/tutoring experience, a relatively flexible schedule, especially after 3PM on weekdays, previous experience creating lesson plans and managing tutoring timelines, a Bachelor's degree or higher from a prestigious university, a fun, positive personality and strong interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel to student's home. A minimum 1-year commitment is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one instruction that empowers students to excel academically and beyond.
- Create and manage lesson plans for standardized tests like ISEE, SAT, and ACT.
- Work with families to manage billing, provide materials, and consult on student success.
- Focus on student success while we handle logistics such as billing, material provision, and family consultation.
Requirements
