In Home Healthcare LVN - Weekend Days (Low Acuity)

Join a company that prioritizes people! Position: Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN. Schedule: Weekend shifts, Saturday and Sunday, 8a‑4p. Location/Setting: Pediatrics in Mercedes, TX. Acuity: Feeding tube and medication administration (training available).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes
• Administer medications, manage feeding tubes, and support patient needs
• Utilize electronic documentation via provided tablets in patients’ homes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities

Qualifications and Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (training available if needed)
• TB skin test completed within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred: Six months of hands‑on nursing experience
