In Home Health Caregiver

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients in CORRY/UNION CITY through BAYADA’s ACSP Division. This role involves supporting clients with activities of daily living, household tasks, meal preparation, medication reminders, and more.

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Offer household support including light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Engage in range of motion/exercises
• Aid with ambulation (using mechanical lifting devices)
• Remind clients about medication

Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience is preferred but not required
• We will provide training
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as needed

Qualifications

• Passport (if traveling internationally)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Current CPR certification
• Current First Aid certification

Pay

Schedule

Shifts vary based on client needs, typically ranging from 3 to 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
