Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and provide treatments, therapies, and medication administration
- Manage complex medical conditions and educate/support families
- Coordinate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team
- Document care in electronic records and maintain safety and clinical standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed RN with relevant healthcare experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in documentation and electronic health records
