About the role

In Home Health Aides provide hands-on, non-medical support to individuals in their homes. Their duties include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. They also observe and report changes in a client's condition and work under the direction of a nurse or care supervisor to support overall care plans.
