Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring an In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarian to serve pet families across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler, Arizona. This role allows you to practice medicine without a waiting room, double-booked schedules, or corporate production dashboards—just you, a loving family, and the time to do it right.
We are a privately held, family-owned, and doctor-led veterinary practice that does not use non-compete contracts. Your career here is never held hostage by contractual clauses, giving you the freedom to build your professional life on your own terms.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets
- Work independently in a mobile environment
- Maintain professional communication with the team and families
- Exude compassion, dignity, and respect in all interactions
- Be available for rotational weekend shifts
- Lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
Requirements
- DVM, VMD, or BVMS degree
- Valid driver’s license
