In-Home Euthanasia & Pet Hospice Veterinarian - No Non-Compete | Fresno, CA
About the role
Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring an In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarian to serve pet families across Fresno, Herndon, Sunnyside, Clovis, and Rolling Hills, California. This role offers the opportunity to practice medicine without a waiting room, double-booked appointments, or corporate production metrics—just you, a loving pet family, and the time to do it right.
We are a privately held, family-owned, and doctor-led veterinary practice that does not use non-compete contracts. Your career here is never held hostage by contractual restrictions, allowing you to build your professional life on your own terms.
Who thrives here
Veterinarians who excel in this role are often those who are skilled at having difficult conversations. If you've ever finished a euthanasia appointment feeling it was the most meaningful part of your week and wished for more time, this role is designed for you. It’s ideal for experienced doctors looking to step away from the fast pace of general or emergency practice without leaving medicine behind, as well as for those returning from a career break or building a schedule around family commitments.
