In-Home Direct Support Professional

About the role

This position assists individuals with Developmental Disabilities living independently. Duties include supporting increased independence at home and in the community through teaching, modeling, and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with Developmental Disabilities in their daily activities
• Teach and model appropriate behaviors and life skills
• Assist with household tasks and personal care
• Engage in community outings and activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Associate’s degree or CNA License preferred
• Two (2) years of related experience

• Ability to drive an agency vehicle

Pay

$15.00 - $16.50 per hour, commensurate with education/experience

Full-time, Monday-Friday
