Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
- Present design concepts, proposals, and estimates using our software tools (CAD experience preferred).
- Build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
- Close deals and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and proposals in our CRM.
- Collaborate with our production teams to ensure a smooth project transition.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience (home services, remodeling, or related field preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket deals.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with CAD/design software is a plus.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on appointments.
