About the role
We’re looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as full-time, commission-based In-Home Design Consultants. In this role, you’ll develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners, delivering our proven sales presentation. We handle lead generation and order processing, allowing you to focus solely on selling. Before your first customer interaction, 80% of the preparation is already completed through our rigorous pre-qualification process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our engaging sales presentation using an iPad, showcasing our innovative bath solutions
- Participate in ongoing, weekly sales training sessions to stay at the top of your game
- Design custom bath plans using our proprietary iPad software
- Close sales and deliver pricing on a daily basis
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Confidence and poise in public speaking
- Strong ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
- Ability to work independently while thriving in social settings
- Previous sales experience required, preferably in home remodeling or bathroom industry
- Strong closing skills
Pay
Typical first-year earnings: $100,000 for fully committed team members (100% commission-based).
