In-Home CNA

About the Role

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a CNA to work with participants in their personal homes at Pathways Central Iowa, located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. We reimburse $0.725/mile for travel.

Schedule

6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with rotating holidays and no weekends.

Pay

Up to $22.06/hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide and assist participants with personal care, activities of daily living, restorative, and recreational programming.
• Supportive care in the center and/or participant’s homes.
• Monitor and report participants' health status.
• Ensure a safe environment for participants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate in the respective state.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population, or completion of job-specific training related to working with the elderly population within the first six months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
