What You Earn

Closers we place earn around $175K their first year; top performers hit $300K+ consistently. No cap, no ceiling. We lead with a number you can verify, not a fantasy — and the better you close, the more leads you get.

What You Need

• Real experience in outside, high-ticket, or in-home sales
• A clean, confident, repeatable process
• Strong people skills and self-awareness
• Genuine competitiveness and a killer instinct to win
• Availability to run appointments around homeowner schedules

What You'll Be Doing

Meeting pre-qualified homeowners, running one to three sits a day, presenting with quoting tech, following up and closing loops — evenings and weekends, because that's when money happens.
