Responsibilities

• Support clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): household chores, cooking and serving meals, bathing, dressing, grooming, providing companionship, transporting clients for errands or appointments, assisting with transfers, and monitoring their condition.

Requirements

• Valid CNA or HCA license
• Valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app

Qualifications

The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
