In-Home Caregiver (Winnebago County)

About the Role

Endearment Unlimited is a non‑medical in‑home service provider dedicated to promoting individual growth through personalized supports. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In‑Home Caregiver to join our team in Dane County, Wisconsin. The caregiver will provide in‑home care and support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with medication reminders and other person‑specific tasks.
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence.
• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to the development of client care plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working phone.
• Willingness to commute from client home to client home.

Work Environment

The role involves working in clients’ homes with occasional office visits. Caregivers must be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Schedule

Part‑time and full‑time positions are available, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of clients and caregivers.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $18 – $19.50.
