Responsibilities

• Assist clients with homemaking activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and cleaning bathrooms to provide satisfaction and extraordinary results.
• Spend less than 20% of each work shift on general household work.
• Establish “partner” relationships with clients by providing companionship during activities (e.g., accompanying on walks, trips to social/recreational activities, assistance with hobbies).
• Prepare meals, work around a kitchen, and run to the grocery store when needed.
