Pay

Hourly shifts: $23.50 – $25.00 per hour. 4‑hour shifts: $29.75 – $31.75 per hour. Overtime pay after the 8th hour. Holiday pay at 1.5×. Weekly paychecks.

Schedule

Part‑time and full‑time available. 4‑hour, 8‑hour, and weekend shifts offered; schedule flexibility accommodated.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship (no visa sponsorship provided)
• 6 months non‑medical in‑home caregiving experience
• Basic English proficiency
• Must be 18 years or older
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation required
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Frequently push and pull 0–150+ pounds
• Flexibility and cooperative attitude in fulfilling role obligations

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and comprehensive private caregiver services to help seniors live safe, healthy, and independent lives in their own homes
• Deliver in‑home caregiving services including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Encourage socialization and provide companionship
• May include transportation, errand‑running, dementia care, and palliative/end‑of‑life care
