In Home Caregiver - Molalla, OR
Caregiver Job Duties
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
- Other activities of daily living as assigned
Requirements
- Memory care experience (ask during interview)
- Experience with Hoyer's, Dementia, and mental health (plus)
- Comfortable with pets and smokers in home
- 18 years+
- Able to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely
- Own a smart phone with app capabilities
- Pass state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Able to transport clients in own vehicle
Pay
Pay Range: $20 - $21/hr
Schedule
Current needs: Monday through Friday (8 AM - 8 PM), split shift every day (8a-12p, 4p-8p), weekend shifts (2p-10p) (ask during interview)

Additional Information
The hiring process is fast and simple. Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
For Oregon residents, if you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!
