About the Role

We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.

Service Areas

Caregivers needed in Mercer Island, Issaquah, Bellevue, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Auburn. Service areas: Renton, Issaquah, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, SeaTac, Burien, Fall City, and other surrounding areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable with working fill-in shifts
• Comfortable working shorter shifts and going to more than 1 client's home in a day
• Memory care experience
• Comfortable working with all levels of care
• Comfortable transporting clients in the caregiver's vehicle
• Comfortable with cats and dogs — most of our clients have pets
• Support clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): household chores, cooking and/or serving meals, helping clients bathe, dress, and groom, providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies, transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car, assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers, monitoring and reporting on their condition

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app

Pay

$22.50-$23.50/hr
