Job Summary

The Visiting Angels office in Birmingham seeks compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide in-home care and housekeeping services to senior adults and those in need within the Northern Birmingham area.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Ambulate and assist clients with mobility
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
• Plan and prepare meals with clients' assistance
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Shop for clients or accompany them
• Be a companion and support
• Report unusual incidents and respond to emergencies

Requirements

• Passion to serve others
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Housekeeping and cooking skills with dietary considerations
