Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s plan of care.
- Perform tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and continence care.
- Provide medication assistance and housekeeping services.
- Prepare meals and feed clients.
- Shop for clients and transport them to and from appointments.
- Offer companionship and support.
- Report daily activity to your supervisor through the agency management system and other communication avenues.

- Proficiency with Homecare Company Management System—ClearCare

- Maintain “Fit for Duty” physical condition, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance
