What You'll Do
As a Home Instead Caregiver, you may assist clients with:
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance using gait belts and other assistive devices
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Meditation and appointment reminders
- Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Parkinson's care
- Hospice support
- Promoting client safety, dignity, independence, and well-being
- Communicating effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and the care team
- An active HCA or CNA certification (REQUIRED)
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance (preferred, but not required)
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
- A commitment to treating clients and their homes with dignity and respect
- Full-time and part-time schedules available
